The C type sheet is made from flat steel. In feeder clamp factory, flat steel need to be slitted into long strip, then cut into small bar and bend C type sheet. For different factories, the whole production process is different. Some factories use automated production line with CNC to reduce error, while some factories still process C type sheet with dated machine manually. The manually produced parts are likely to have small rags or cracks, undermining the service life of feeder clamp.
