Why Do We Need To Improve BTS Adjacent Soil's Resistivity?

For high resistivity soils, the following methods can be used to improve its resistivity:
(1) Bury deeply
If the surface soil's resistivity is high, and the deep soil's resistivity is low, we can just bury the grounding rod deeper.
(2) Bury further
Try to find a near place where the soil resistivity is low. Put the grounding rod in this soil, and then connect the equipment with a prolonged ground wire.
(3) Apply Resistance Reducing Agent
Adding cinder, charcoal, black carbon or soot to the soil around the grounding rod, and then pouring the solution such as calcium chloride, sodium chloride (sodium chloride) or ferric sulfate into the soil around the grounding rod. The soil resistance will be reduced for some time.
(4) Replace the soil
Replace original high resistivity soil beneath BTS tower with black soil, sandy clay, or any low resistivity soil.
(5) Apply Ion grounding rod
