Gas Discharge Tube (GDT)

GDT is an electronic device that can short high-voltage lightning surge to ground while letting the normal current pass. The most common TNC type Coaxial Lightning Arrestor is the GDT type. This is because the working frequency of TNC connector varies greatly, and GDT RF frequency arrester can work at almost all frequencies.

λ/4 (Quarter Wave) Shorting Stub
